About Six Weeks Ago I Was Diagnosed With Acute Bronchitis

About six weeks ago I was diagnosed with acute bronchitis and after so much difficult coughing, my left side had such a pain and still does. Also, my right neck and throat and ear are sore almost throbbing. What can help relieve these pains? Thank you
