About Ten Hours Ago My Upper Chest And Neck, Mostly

About ten hours ago my upper chest and neck, mostly on the right side of my neck started hurting. I though I had heart burn. But getting worse. My ears kind of hurt . No fever but hot and cold. My blood pressure is up a little but not bad for me. I don't hear any weasin when breathing. Pain in neck is worse when I breathe in deep or cough.
