About Three Weeks Ago I Had Early Stages Of Pneumonia.

About three weeks ago I had early stages of pneumonia. How I found that out was I coughed too hard and I heard felt a pop on my right side of my rib cage. I then went to the hospital. The doctor took blood tests and did an X-ray. He then told me I had early stages of pneumonia and that My rib cartlidge was split when I coughed too hard. He gave me medication and told me to do a follow up. I did and the doctor said Everything seemed good and now I feel like something moving every now and again especially by my right rib. What could it be?
