About Three Weeks Ago, I Noticed That I Got A

About three weeks ago, I noticed that I got a pain in my upper vulva area while "playing" with myself. Once I was finished I looked at my finger and it was full of blood. I backed off from my handy work for a couple to let it heal thinking it was a cut. Well weeks later the same spot has now changed in color. It is painless but you can clearly see it a whole shade color difference. It's light light pink. It bleeds most of the time when I'm getting handy. It does not burn or itch but I can't seem to figure out what it is..
