About Two Days Ago I Noticed What Seemed To Be

About two days ago I noticed what seemed to be an ingrown on the lips of my vagina. I tried to PPP it but it wouldn't budge, so I left it alone. I've had ones like that before but this time I was stuck on trying to pop it. The next day I could still feel it and it was a little painful when I put pressure to it. I got agitated due to the fact that it wouldn't bust. Yesterday I took a needle and tried to pop it, blood came out and it began to look like a ulcer, due to the fact that I poked at it multiple times. This morning it hurts and it looks like an ulcer, I noticed nothing comes out and it isn't as big of a bump as before, but little yellow discharge is coming out of it. There was no pain when I urinated only last night when the cut was fresh after the needle, other than that no pain when urinating, no itching either. I'm scared this could be herpes, but I'm not sure.
