About Two Days Ago I Was Getting Into My Car

About two days ago I was getting into my car and i felt instant pain in my right shoulder. The pain is unbearable and I don't know if it is a dislocation or what it could be . I can move my shoulder in many directions and point my arm forward but if I try to pull my pants down or put my hands at my waist I get an extreme amount of pain on my shoulder and my entire arm is numb and tingly . What could it be ? Please help me
