About Two Days Ago My Right Arm Has Went Numb,

About two days ago my right arm has went numb, some of the feeling has come back but part of it has Not plus my thumb an index finger has not.. I have been under a lot of stress, I don't know if that has anything to do with it ,, but I do hope that you guys can answer so my questions because I'm really worried .. thank you
