About Two Weeks Ago, I Started Itching And Began To

About two weeks ago, I started itching and began to notice a yellowish fluid coming from the outside of my vagina, starting from the crease of my thighs. The itching and fluid has now spread to the inside of my labia minoras, I think. And my skin surrounding my vagina and anus have started to swell. What could possibly be happening?
