About Two Weeks Ago I Woke Up With A Cold

About two weeks ago I woke up with a cold sweat on just one area on my chest(the middle) that soaked through my shirt. I have been extremely fatigued since and feel like I have a heaviness in my chest and like I have a cold coming on but nothing else happening. I have no cough, no mucus, no pain, but I don't feel right. What can this be?
