About Two Weeks Ago My Husband Fell Backwards Onto The

About two weeks ago my husband fell backwards onto the grass from a ladder from the second rung thinking he was on the last rung. He was dazed but in a few minutes got up carefully and was a little confused but didn't last but five to ten minutes. I called the doctors office and his weekend assistant asked about normalcy of pupils and general questions which all were okay. He still has some dizziness and spinning sensations but less and less, balance a little off but has had some fluid in the inner ear prior to fall. He is in a good mood, thinks clearly, but notices he is a little more tired. My question is does this progress fall within the normal recovery?
