About Two Years Ago I Went To The Fair And

About two years ago I went to the fair and got on the megadrop ride which I already feared because I have been on it one time before but I got peer pressured into getting on it again and I feared for my life and it was just the most terrible experience and when I got off I had to crawl over to where I was sitting before the ride and sit on the ground while I drank water and ever since then whenever I get on an elevator that's going down or I walk down stairs then my stomach flips and my vision gets blurry and my hands get shaky, so I'm trying to figure out what is this called and why is it happening? It basically happens everyday and I feel super sick each time
