According To Arthopedic Surgeon, I Have Bone On Bone Problems

According to arthopedic surgeon, I have bone on bone problems with both knees after x-rays and have triedy autupontue on both knees. This attempt helped with 1 application but not the 2nd one. Being 85 year old, and weigh around 200 lb., I have a hard time believing that going thru knee surgery is the right way to go.Therefore, interested in your recommended approach to my knee problems. Presently, I use a cane to assist in walking. Your input would be greatly appreciated! Ron Kennedy
