According To My Cervical MRI I Have C3-4 C4-5 With

According to my cervical MRI I have c3-4 c4-5 with protussion indenting the the thecal sac and abunt the spinal cord and c6 is degenerated with Spurs and abunt the spinal cord
I had before phisical therapy and injections the pain is tolerable but having some weakness and tingling in arms went to a neurosurgeon and he suggest surgery
