According To My Last Period I Should Be 5 Weeks

According to my last period I should be 5 weeks pregnant. I had an ectopic pregnancy about four months ago and had it surgical removed. I went to the ED yesterday and had testing done because I have pains in my right abdominal . I was told my count is 120 and they don't know what's going on till I do my repeat blood tests to check. Any idea if this could possibly be a normal pregnancy ?
