Aches That Just Happen At Night. My Tongue Feels Strange,

Aches that just happen at night. My tongue feels strange, have had 3 dentists examine my entire mouth, left anckle, shin and foot burn, throbs and 3 last toes partially numb. Have gone to the doctor several times, was told to have MRI but since pains just start around 6-7pm will it show a problem during the day when they are usually done?
