Acoustic Neuroma. I Am Having An MRI On Monday Due

Acoustic Neuroma. I am having an MRI on Monday due to hearing loss and very loud noise in my head that has been getting continuously worse over the last year. I have been reading about this Acoustic Neuroma and everything says that if surgery is performed it will result in deafness. Is there any other treatment that will allow me to keep my hearing?
