Actually I M 6 Week Pregnant & I Don't Hav

Actually I m 6 week pregnant & I don't hav insurance so during 5 week I feel like light spotting brownish black color m worried because it's my first pregnancy do I go to emergency room they told me your baby is so tiny take rest I will next 5 days m again go to emergency & they told me we never hear ur baby heart beat u hav miscarriage & they told me I hav a vaginal infection & they give me clindamycin heck 300mg twice a day when I use this medicine my spotting is stop no more bleeding occur m so nervous what can I do m so worried because some people says that if bleeding is stop it means it's harmful for my body it May poisonous plz help me
