Actually My Freind Has Been Bitten By Dog In His

Actually my freind has been bitten by dog in his way & he could find that dog because it was a roadside dog & he had taken two vaccines injection from a government hospital & indias government hospitals are not so much good but by his nails by hands are scrated little bleed has came out from my hand so do i have to do plz tel i m in very much fear....
