Actually, When My Son Was 6 Months Old, We (parents)

Actually, when my son was 6 months old, we (parents) recognised his first health problem, nettle rash (hives) due to milk protein intolerance. After that, biochemistry labor has calculated his blood IgE at values 36,5 so our pediatrician proposed allergic-test in Institute for mother and child care in Belgrade, Serbia. This test confirmed milk protein intolerance and showed high intolerance to milk-based proteins. The gastroenterohepatitic pediatrician interrupted him consuming milk products and in order to replace milk proteins, his suggestion was for baby to have 2 meat meals during the day. With quitting taking milk proteins, we did not face anymore problems with allergies. A month ago, we faced a new health issue. Actually, from time to time, without rhyme or reason, he starts to convulse and that the processes in the genital area and drain painful sound, and becomes all the sweat. His penis is getting bigger and harder in lower part. Mostly, when it happens, we undress him and take him to have bath in order to relax him, since he is very upset in that moments. Our pediatrician surgeon proposed ultrasound examination of penis and surrounding area (which was quite OK), then penis glance smear (which was also quite OK), urine culture (which was also quite OK), diapers brand change (we did it immediately, from Pampers to Puffies), besides he has no phimosis, and at the end our pediatrician surgeon suspected on priapism, and send us to the pediatrician hematologist. But the surgeon was confused a little bit since priapism is typical for 5-6 years old boys, but not to the 1-year child. It happens almost each day, sometimes several times a day, most often in the evening. Now we are waiting for pediatrician hematologist examination, so after that we will go back to the surgeon. Besides, what surprises me a lot is that our surgeon has not proposed urologist examination. We, parents are very frightened, because we found on the net very unpleasant information related to this disorder. We are ready to go abroad with him in order to find proper problem solution, because we do not trust a lot to our local doctors, since they have no experience with such issues.
