Advised To Have 1st Prolia Shot End Of This Week

Advised to have 1st prolia shot end of this week and side effects listed scare me greatly. Had reclast infusion in 2013 & 2014, 'In 15 nurse screwed up order so did not get. Now internist says I must take prolia. Do not want to do so--what are alternatives if any? T score is bad per internist. Am allergic to most antibiotics so this makes me even more reluctant to get prolia.
