After 2 And A Half Month Of Total Thyroidectomy I

After 2 and a half month of total thyroidectomy I still feel numbness inside and around my neck. Sometimes it goes away, but at times it is intense. I am 180cm tall and weigh about 88 kg, on 100mcg synthroid and 2400 mg of calcium a day. I have post nasal drip and am wondering if the numbness is a cause of a new allergy, or if the numbness is normal and will go away in time.
