After 20 Years Of Being On 50mg Zoloft, My Anxiety

After 20 years of being on 50mg Zoloft, my anxiety and depression came back with a vengeance. Doctor upped dosage to 100mg. After two weeks my symptoms got worse. I am now on the Zoloft at night and 150mg Wellbutrin. Give days into this and no signs of improvement. What can I do? I want so badly to feel better.
