After I Bent Over To Pick Up Something A Sharp

After I bent over to pick up something a sharp pain shot up from my left chest up my neck and down my left arm. The shooting went further and further down my arm towards the elbow for quite sometime. I was cooking. After sitting for awhile and eating, the pain subsided and now I only feel a pain in my neck when I take a breath. I did feel like I was having difficulty breathing during that time.
