After I Eat I Can Get A Lot Of Pressure

After I eat I can get a lot of pressure in my chest, head and neck. Sometimes get pain into R upper chest. Often get bloodshot R eye. Have lots of acid reflux. Lower belt line abdominal aches most of the time. Elevated GGT. U/S didn't show gall bladder problems but my sister and mother have had theirs removed. Could this be gall bladder even though the ultrasound didn't show anything?
