After I Get Up From Laying Down In My Bed,

After I get up from laying down in my bed, I have pain in the middle part of my back but it's on the right and left side almost where my hip is and I do not know why, but earlier in the day when I walk around it does not hurt it only hurts when I get up and walk after I've been laying down in bed
