After I Had Sex With My Girlfriend Of Six Years

After I had sex with my girlfriend of six years my penis in certain areas mainly the top left side of my shaft had red lines going partially across and were painful. After a few days I've noticed loose skin on the top left side on the shaft of my penis and mid right side. In a flaccid state it's discolored and when stretched is shiny in those spots. but can definitely tell that its wrinkled. But everywhere else is normal. Ive been stressing highly for a week should I be worried?
