After I Take A Shower Which Is In Hot Water

After I take a shower which is in hot water I always notice once I’m done that my hands and only my hands get bright red and they start to burn and itch then after a little bit about 30 secs lumps appear kinda like hives but different shapes and not that round that are white always on my hands.
