After Several Days Of Eating I Get Sick I Always

After Several days of eating I get sick I always has to make myself puke and when I do it's a lot of grease with my food I try to eat the right foods but it doesn't matter it's just so much grease build up and it has me so sick it's like it's just hanging around in my throat until I bring it back up.
