After A Car Accident, I Was Struck From The Side,

After a car accident, I was struck from the side, I got whiplash, I've been to 2 chiropractors, to treat my symptoms. But no relief, I have a ache in the upper part of my neck, I feel a pressure build up then my neck cracks. This happens several times a day. I have numbness in my hand especially when lying down. Sometimes at night i have to get up and shake my hands.
My biggest problem is the cracking, it's like my neck gets stuck, pain and pressure then I turn and my neck cracks. Sometimes I have to use my hands to move my neck.
My question is do I continue with a chiropractor or am I causing more damage
