After A Fall On Cement 1 Week Ago The Scrapes

After a fall on cement 1 week ago the scrapes on my shin and chest are healing nicely, but the scrape on front of ankle stil red on outside edges and white/yellowish inside area about 1 cm across and 3 cm long. Got worse after exercising wearing socks and sneakers, so now no longer wearing socks only sandals and keeping open and clean with water and applying neosporin,. Should I see doctor or continue monitoring.
