After A Migaine With Aura I See An Occasional "spark"

After a migaine with aura I see an occasional "spark" and am really conscious of light and any flickering that might be another migraine coming on. Is this just post-migraine or is something else going on? I am otherwise healthy and my migraines are every couple of months with aura in both eyes without headache.
