After A Song Ram, I Was Told My Left Side

After a song ram, I was told my left side kidney is 40% blocked and the right is 60 % blocked causing renal hypertension. I have protein S deficiency and on warfarin therapy. What is the best way to fix the issue and keep it fixed? I am a 64 year old female. My primary has referred me to a cardiovascular surgeon.
