After About Two Hours Of Sleep I Wake Up With

After about two hours of sleep I wake up with unbearable pain in my hands. Usually the left. I've tried to stretch it as if it were carpal tunnel bug it makes it worse. I have to remain standing for about 20 minutes for the pain to go away but tingling and numbness still exist. As soon as I lay back down it comes completely back within 30 minutes.
