After anal with my boyfriend the other day (it was our first time), I've had some constipation and gassy/bloated stomach. Yesterday when I went to the bathroom to do number 2, mostly only air would come out, with bits of poop. Last night I had a bit of soft stool. This morning I had some soft stool, but I'm still expelling a lot less than I did before a few nights ago. Should I be worried or is there something I need to do? There's barely any pain when I do go number 2, if any. Also, no blood has been seen.
