After Assault , I Was Struck Repeatedly In The Head

After assault , I was struck repeatedly in the head multiple times 10 to 15 by a male patient. My MRI report demonstrates c3-C-4 bulging of disc with early spondyosis with impingement upon the ventral margin of the thecal sac w/out cord compression.
C4-C5 protusion with spondylosis more noticeable to right of midline, Impingement is present upon the thecal sac and to lesser extent the cord.
C5-C6 minimal impgementupon the thecal sac w/out cord compression
C6-C7 bulging , subtle flattening of the ventral margin of the thecal sac w/out cord compression or
