After Back Surgery Over A Year Ago, Still On Pain

After back surgery over a year ago, still on pain medication. Limited abilities. Currently in physical therapy. At my wits end. I am curious of the pain pump. What does it look like?my surgeon up and left town a month after my surgery. I cannot get seen by another surgeon at th e hospital where I had the surgery.
