After Being Diagnosed With B12 Deficiency I Was Given 5
After being diagnosed with b12 deficiency I was given 5 b12 injections over a period of 2 weeks. My next injection is due on may 6th. Initially I seemed to improve but now feel like I did prior to the injections. How do I know what level of b12 I should have and how can I check this without bothering my GPS and should I take a b12 supplement?
