After Causes Bleeding During Intercourse?

i have a double uters, endometrious, and i had a baby about 8 mons ago. after my baby, i had my tubes tied. the past couple times ive had intercourse, there has been bleeding. i have heavy and long periods(any where form8-10 days) should i be concerned about any major problems?
