After Completing My Morning ..... Nature Call After 2 Hours

After completing my morning ..... nature call after 2 hours and iam feeling like i have done it incomplete and i wanted to go again iam facing this problem since many months ......and ill be n ofc i cant go very often... it wll be embarising to other so ill controll till eveng ...after coming home ill clean my stomuch ..how can i get rid of this
