After Cotaract Operation On The Right Eye About Two Months

After cotaract operation on the right eye about two months back , ; there is persistant irritation on the eye, it is said, it is due to weak retina and fluid is formed ; some medicines tablets &eye drops suggested ; nothing is improving.
even after one month , after examing it is said, one injection is to be injected ; even two or more injections needed,
Iam not convinced ; then what is the remeady ?
