After Eating Prawn & Crab Last Sunday I Started Feeling

After eating prawn & crab last sunday I started feeling fever, my temp is 100.5 & there is ups & down.
I have gone through with a general physician she gave me some antibiotics & asked me to put an injection. But till now I am not feeling normal, please advice what to do?
