After Finding Out I Got Poison Ivy About A Week

After finding out I got poison ivy about a week and a half ago I also found small red bumps on my bum. These grew and got itchy. Now, it is one big, red, dry, itchy rash on my left side. The right side of my bum isn't nearly as bad. What is this rash and what can I use to heal it?
