After Finishing A Course Of Anti Biotics For A Urine

After finishing a course of anti biotics for a urine infection i started with a an itchy rash that is so sore and feels like its burning. It feels swollen and lumpy from my cliterous to my rectum and my cliterous is very painful to the touch. Not had sex in over a year so any ideas what this is. Its so painful and getting worse?
