After Having MRI Of My Neck And Spine Also Bone

After having MRI of my neck and spine also bone scan of same there is an abnormality showed up on T1 vertebra , I also had a CT scan which showed pleural plaques, the consultant who looked at these scans is a respiratory dr he said he would like radiologist and neuro to look at them as he's not 100% certain but said there's a possibility it could be cancer , I'm now waiting to go for a pelvic scan , I'm in a lot of pain round my neck shoulder which travels down my arm and my fingers are numb , I'm on gabapentin 300mg 3 times a day , oxycodon 15mgs twice a day zopiclone 3.75mgs daily and 1amitryptiline at night , doesn't help much with the pain so while I'm waiting to hear their diagnosis can I ask my GP to review my pain relief and give me something that will take the pain away ?
