After having diarrhea for a couple days, I went to the ER and was prescribed Dicyclomine 20 mg tablets(4 times per day) and Ciprofloxacin 500 mg tablets tablets (twice per day). After only a single day of taking these meds, I woke up to vaginal spotting. Not a huge amount, but I saw blood in my undies? Is this normal? I almost feel as my period is about to start. Since the diarrhea, I stopped using my birtch control pills. Could that be the culprit?
