After Having Lithotripsy Last Week, Why Would I Start Having

After having lithotripsy last week, why would I start having increasing pain from the left side of my neck to the top of my hand (on the outside portion of my arm)? Tonight, the same area is starting to feel cold. I don't have high blood pressure or heart problems.
