After Having Sex For The Second Time On The 4th

After having sex for the second time on the 4th a couple days later i began to feel itchy inside my vagina so i got a mirror to look down there and to my shock i notice that near my hole it was red and little finger like pieces of skin sticking out. I googled the symptoms and the only thing i could find was that it was a vestibular papilloma, but im only 16 so i dont know. I used protection while i had sex so im guessing its not an std either, my parents arent open to these kinda things so i dont know what to do.
