After Having Sex Twice This Week I Have Had Some

After having sex twice this week I have had some bleeding a few hours later. It's Luke one gush of blood then becomes lighter and a few small clots through it, with a bit of cramping in my tummy. I am not pregnant and finished my period over a week before this happened. Any ideas what it could be?
