After Having Sex Unprotected I Broke Out With Shingles And

After having sex unprotected I broke out with shingles and now I have back pains and the tip of my uretha has redness and is sentive to touch.. I've been tested for HIV, chlamitia, and ghonnarea and they all came back negative. In addition I have tingling/numbness in my legs and arms from time to time, headaches, sore throat, and soreness in the back of my neck.. Please help.. I've been on antibiotics for two months now and nothing has worked
