After Having Sexual Intercourse I Usually Start Spotting A Couple

After having sexual intercourse I usually start spotting a couple of hours later. After I have spotted it stops straight away. Can I add that I am always on the Depo injection and also a combined pill as the doctor thought my hormone levels were too high therefore they have combined my contraception. Is this something I should be worried/concerned about?
